My name is Anna Sulej

I am the founder of AyurBalance—a place where I help people restore their natural balance of health, energy, and lifestyle through Ayurvedic consultations.

My interest in natural medicine and herbal remedies began at an early age. I grew up in the family of a forester, surrounded by forests, the rhythm of the seasons, and the natural cycles of nature. It was there that I learned to appreciate the wisdom of nature, developed a deep respect for medicinal plants, and came to understand that human health is inseparably connected to the environment in which we live.

Even as a child, I was fascinated by the healing properties of herbs and by natural approaches to supporting the body and maintaining health in harmony with nature.

For many years, my professional life was closely connected with working in an international environment and travelling around the world.

My background in linguistics, combined with extensive experience working with people from diverse cultures, has given me an open-minded perspective on different approaches to health, lifestyle, and well-being.

Ajurweda

Over time, I discovered that Ayurveda is far more than a theoretical concept or an ancient tradition confined to the Indian subcontinent. It is a practical, timeless system of health and wellbeing based on universal principles of how the human body functions. By embracing a truly holistic approach that integrates the body, mind, and emotions, its wisdom remains as relevant and effective today as it has been for centuries.

Inspired by the depth of this tradition, I decided to pursue formal studies in Ayurveda.

I started my education at the American Institute of Vedic Studies, where I completed the Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant program, gaining a strong foundation in Ayurvedic philosophy, diet, and lifestyle medicine.

I later continued my studies at the Ayurveda Institute UK, where I obtained a diploma in Ayurvedic Lifestyle and Nutrition and continue to deepen my clinical knowledge and practice as an Ayurvedic practitioner.

To broaden my practical experience, I completed professional training in Ayurvedic Panchakarma therapy at Lords Ayurveda Research Centre in India and undertook a clinical internship at EasyAyurveda Hospital, where I had the opportunity to observe and participate in traditional Ayurvedic therapeutic processes.

I am also a
Yoga Teacher

I combine the traditional practice of Hatha Yoga with the principles of Ayurveda, to support the body’s natural regenerative processes and to promote balance within the nervous system.

Today, I share this knowledge through Ayurvedic consultations, educational guidance, and support in developing daily habits tailored to each person’s unique constitution and individual health needs.

My mission is to help people reconnect with their natural state of balance through a holistic, mindful approach rooted in the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda.
