Terms of Ayurvedic Consultations

1. Scope of Services

As part of the AyurBalance practice, individual Ayurvedic consultations are offered in the form of one-to-one sessions. The purpose of these consultations is to support clients in improving their well-being and restoring their balance through lifestyle guidance, dietary recommendations, and natural methods that support the body in accordance with the principles of Ayurveda.

Each consultation is personalized and tailored to the client’s lifestyle, habits, and individual needs.

2. Nature of the Consultation

Ayurvedic consultations provided by AyurBalance are educational and advisory in nature. They do not constitute medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or medical advice, and they do not replace consultation with a physician or other qualified healthcare professional.

If you have a medical condition or health concerns, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional.

3. Client Responsibility

The client acknowledges that the results of the consultation may vary depending on individual circumstances and the degree to which lifestyle and dietary recommendations are implemented.

All recommendations provided during the consultation are intended as supportive guidance and do not guarantee specific results.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared during consultations, including details related to health, lifestyle, and dietary habits, is treated as confidential.

This information will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s consent, except where disclosure is required by law.

5. Payments

The fee for the consultation should be paid no later than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to make the payment within this time may result in the cancellation of the booking.

Upon request, an invoice for the service can be issued.

6. Cancellation or rescheduling

Consultation appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled session.

Changes or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, as well as failure to attend a scheduled consultation (“no-show”), will result in a charge of 100% of the consultation fee.

7. Health Information

To ensure safety and an individualized approach, clients are asked to inform the practitioner of any significant health conditions, allergies, or medications that may influence the recommendations provided during the consultation.
